• We also coordinate with other skilled agencies, such as Hospice and Physical Therapy for extra support.
• In addition, we provide hospital and skilled nursing facility sitters to give special one-on-one attention to a family member during a short or long term stay away from home and family.

What sets All Valley apart?

• All Valley Home Health Care is family owned and operated; our clients are our extended family!

• Our Client Care Coordinators are able to assist 24 hours a day; therefore, we do not have an answering service. A Client Care Coordinator that is familiar with the Client’s case will answer and respond appropriately should emergency situations arise.

• Our Client Care Coordinators also perform personal introductions between our caregivers and clients, to ensure compatibility and comfort.

• Weekly Wellness checks: we call each of our clients on a weekly basis. These calls help us to be proactive, not reactive, to any issues or concerns that may develop in the home.

• Monthly Visits: Client visits will be made monthly by a client care coordinator. These visits provide a great opportunity to assure quality of care is consistent and the client’s needs are continually addressed and adjusted as needed.

• Our caregivers are screened thoroughly, (i.e., criminal background checks, training on various levels of care, CPR/First Aid, and Tuberculosis are required, our caregivers are also bonded and insured).
